Warranty.

1. What this warranty covers

Fast Power Sports warrants that apparel and accessories purchased from our online store will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship when delivered to you. This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser and only to products bought directly from Fast Power Sports.

Covered defects include seams that unravel under normal use, broken zippers or snaps that fail when first used, printing or embroidery that arrives misaligned or peels, and holes or tears present at delivery.

2. Warranty period

This limited warranty lasts for 90 days from the date your order is delivered. Claims must be reported within this period.

3. What is not covered

This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorized alterations, or improper care such as washing or drying against the garment's care instructions.

It also does not cover fading from normal laundering, shrinkage within standard care-label limits, minor color variations between product photos and the physical item, lost or stolen items, or items purchased from unauthorized resellers.

4. Our remedy

If we confirm a manufacturing defect covered by this warranty, we will, at our sole discretion, repair the item, replace it with the same or a comparable item, or issue a refund to the original payment method. Shipping costs for the replacement are covered by us; return shipping for the defective item is covered by us only when we authorize a prepaid return label.

This remedy is your sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty.

5. How to make a warranty claim

1. Contact us through the Contact page within 90 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number, a description of the defect, and clear photographs showing the issue and the full item.
3. Wait for our review. We may ask for additional photos or for the item to be returned for inspection.
4. If approved, we will provide the selected remedy within five to ten business days of receiving the returned item, if a return is required.

6. Exclusions and limitations

To the extent permitted by law, Fast Power Sports disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the defective item.

This warranty does not cover consequential or incidental damages, and some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

7. Governing law

This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
